- Add the business pages to your Facebook Business Manager

If you don’t have a Facebook Ad Account, Facebook Business Manager Dashboard will help you to create a one as well. For that, you need to click on Add Ad Account and then select Create Account.
Every single business on Facebook is provided with the ability to create an ad account from the beginning. When you start spending money actively on the Ad Account, you will be able to have many more Ad accounts, up to four. However, Facebook Business Manager doesn’t allow you to host more than four Ad Accounts.
- Adding people to manage Facebook assets

In the next step, you can assign the team members to the different Facebook Ad accounts and define their roles. You also have three different roles to assign them accordingly. They include Ad Account Admin, Ad Account Analyst and Ad Account Advertiser.
Once you complete the assignments of team members, you can proceed to the next step. Then you will come to a screen, which asks you to assign individuals to catalogs. However, you can skip this step for the moment and proceed. Then you will see a notice, which indicates how many individuals you have added to the team and their assignments.

You need to access the Facebook Business Manager dashboard and click on the gear icon.
Next, you need to click on People and Assets tab.
You should now select the Ad Account or Facebook page and select partners in the column that you see on your left.
Now you need to Assign Partner.
In here, you are provided with the chance to assign the specific role for the Ad Agency or Business Partners.
You will now see a link. You can copy it and send to the Ad Agency or Business Partner.
The Ad Agency or Business Partner will be able to manage their own permission levels. Therefore, you don’t need to worry about adding or configuring permission levels for them.
- Add the Instagram account

You should first go to the Facebook Business Manager dashboard and click on the gear icon.
You should now navigate to People and Assets tab and click on Instagram Accounts. From there, you can select Add. Now you will see a popup, which asks you to enter Instagram account credentials.
You will be able to link only one Instagram account at a time. When the process is completed, you will see a notification as well.
- Understanding the Facebook Business Manager dashboard
